If your system isn’t producing power or severely underproducing, this is the best service option!
Includes full system check and if applicable Inverter/Battery RMA (warranty claim submission.) All parts needing replacement will be identified and the replacement parts will be shipped either to your house or our office! Once they arrive, which generally takes 1-4 weeks for most products, (sometimes longer for LG).
If a replacement inverter or battery is required it will require a second roll out, with the same roll out fee, including 3 hours of labor. If additional troubleshooting past those 3 hours is needed the $40 an hour fee will apply.
